If you’re looking for a CBT clinical supervisor, I offer a free 15–20 minute introductory call. This gives you the chance to see whether working together feels like a good fit before committing to supervision sessions.

During the call, you can ask questions about me, how I work, and what my supervision style is like. You’re also welcome to ask about my favourite areas of clinical work and my approach to CBT and EMDR, to help you decide whether I would be a helpful clinical supervisor for you. (If you're lucky, you might also get to meet my co-supervisor.)

I’m happy to share information about my work history, including my previous NHS TT (IAPT) experience and my current private psychotherapy practice. You can also read about this here.

It’s helpful for me to learn a bit about you, your work, what you’re hoping for from supervision, and what your supervision goals might be.

Intro calls are available by telephone or video call.

Why book a free intro call with me?

Choosing a clinical supervisor can feel like a lot, especially if you’re used to working in organisations where supervisors are allocated, or where there’s not much choice. I remember starting my private practice, looking for a clinical supervision, feeling overwhelmed by the options, and not quite knowing where to start.

I found intro calls to be a low-pressure way to learn more about potential supervisors and make a more informed choice. This free intro call offers you the same space to explore whether supervision with me feels right.

There’s no pressure or obligation to continue with clinical supervision after the intro call.

How do I book a free intro call?

I aim to offer intro calls within one to two weeks of you getting in touch.

What happens after the intro call?

If we both feel that clinical supervision with me would be helpful, I’ll book you in for your first clinical supervision session. Availability may vary if you need specific days or times.

I can offer regular, as well as ad-hoc slots. If you only have a small caseload, then I can also offer 30 minute clinical supervision sessions.

If I’m not the right fit, we won’t book a full session. Where possible, I’ll suggest other clinical supervisors who may be a better match.
