About me

I have been working in mental health for over 20 years, and have been a psychotherapist for over 14 years. I have offered clinical supervision to BABCP accredited CBT therapists for the past nine years.

I am an enthusiastic and optimistic therapist, with a passion for providing high quality therapy to my clients.  I feel privileged when I can help people to understand themselves better, to grow in confidence, and develop new skills, and build the kind of future that they would like to live.

I am a supportive and flexible clinical supervisor. I enjoy sharing my own knowledge and experience with my supervisees, as well as learning from them in return. I want to help my supervisees to thrive in their practice, and to enjoy their work with clients.
