Meet the Team! (My Co-Therapists)

I don't work alone! I have two co-therapists, and if you book in with me for remote/online CBT or EMDR therapy sessions, and you will probably see a lot of one of them, and almost nothing of the other one. Since one of them frequently invades my sessions, I might as well introduce them here.

Introducing Dregs:

Dregs is my office manager, self-styled quality control inspector, and all-round busy body. I must apologise in advance for her sudden and unexpected session invasions, she is obsessed with Teams sessions and loves to observe my CBT and EMDR sessions. She will barrel in whenever she feels like it - mostly between 3 and 5pm, dinner happens between 5 and 6pm and she needs to keep me to my (her) timetable!

Introducing Charlie:

You aren't likely to meet Charlie. I am not sure what her role is in my private practice as she sleeps for about 20 hours a day, only waking up for fuss and food - mostly food. I guess she's that person who is on payroll, but no-one has a clue what they actually do.

Charlie is very anxious about many things; the wind, the rain, wet grass, getting shut outside, getting shut inside, cars, gravel, planes, other cats, the postman, tinfoil, the hoover, sudden movements, and especially a late meal. I am aware that she is not the best advert for my skill as a CBT and EMDR therapist as she has been anxious since she was a kitten and is now 14 years old and is still anxious. I swear that I am better at human therapy than I am at cat therapy!

Legal(ish) disclaimer:

I cannot 100% guarantee that a cat will be present during a free intro call, but it's worth a go, right?

(I'm not sure why they look so furious, I guess I missed them off the tea round).
